Uta is an experienced software developer and coach. She trains teams and agile mangers to use Scrum as the framework that helps them to develop software efficiently and with joy.
Biography
Since more than 20 years Uta Kapp is involved in software development projects being developer, project manager, trainer and coach. These experiences have formed her ideas how to build teams that are empowered to create successful projects.
Detailed know how in state of the art software development technologies and in group processes allow her to work with challenging projects. A funded education in systemic constellation and coaching techniques are the basis to initiate change in a project.
Uta is bilingual, training in German and English.
