Tomek is an independent consultant, trainer and coach specializing in enterprise, large scale agile. He helps companies across Poland establish and improve software development processes and practices, and grow resilient, reliable self-organizing teams.

Biography

Involved in software development for his whole professional life (ca. 14 years), Tomek started as video game developer and co-author (Optimus Nexus) then moved to corporate world (Motorola and Sabre Holdings) where spent 12 years developing embedded software and mission critical telecommunication and reservation systems. Regardless of the perspective he takes – software development, systems architecture, teams management or project management – Tomek strives for high quality high value software, looking for a perfect match between people, processes, tools and technology. Since 2006 Tomek actively promotes agile methods by training and coaching, helping others to grow in this area. Beside being a Scrum trainer and coach, he gives lectures on agile methods and software development processes at University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland. Full profile at LinkedIn.
