With 10+ years of IT experience, he has a practical understanding of all the major application development roles; from coder to tester, from project manager to product owner. As part of a recent .Net awareness campaign, Steve was recognized by Microsoft for his superior use of ALM practices to deliver software excellence in a challenging environment. His current area of specialty involves mentoring organizations in adopting a variety of ALM best practices, with a strong focus on Microsoft Visual Studio Team System.
