Paul Kuijten is an experienced agile coach. He is training, consulting and coaching clients in agile software development using Scrum. He is a seasoned software industry professional, with a passion for improving the way the work works.

Biography

Paul Kuijten is an experienced agile coach, practicing Scrum since 2006.
He is an active member of the agile community in the Netherlands. Previously, Paul fulfilled various roles in software development. He has been a developer, a teamlead, a projectmanager and a productmanager. He was employed by a small development shop, as well as a large consultancy firm. Lately, he operates under the flag of his own company, Agile Matters.

Having introduced Scrum in multiple organizations, large and small, Paul knows about the pitfalls along the way and the hard work required. More importantly, Paul knows the rewards when you keep at it.
Therefore, he helps organizations move towards more business agility, and effective product development.

Paul Kuijten is a professional coaching, training and consulting on Scrum and ways to use it effectively. His passion is in enabling people and teams to try, fail, learn, thrive and then perform in never before seen ways.
