Biography

Ole Rich Henningsen is a consultant whose main focus is on agile methodologies, application lifecycle management and process improvement. He is typically assigned as team lead in the whole project lifecycle from vision to product increment and release.

Ole has been working with Scrum for more than 5 years both as a Scrum Master, Team Member and Scrum Coach. He has had the opportunity to help a wide variety of companies implement both scrum and XP through training and practice.

Furthermore, since the beginning he has worked with the Visual Studio ALM Platform and is a frequent contributor of tech talks and webcasts about ALM related topics. Ole is a PSD I, PSDT, PSM I, CSM, CSP, MCTS and MCSD.NET and he is also teaching the official TFS MOC courses.
