Kate is currently an independent coach and trainer for Brass Willow. She is organizing work in a Scrum way, educating management and provides coaching for the organization and anyone willing to work better.

Biography

Kate is a young and energetic coach and manager with background in Software Development and Food & Beverage. She is a holder of diplomas in IT and Management. She spent some time of her life in US but she is placed primarily in Wrocław, Poland, formerly also in Kraków, Poland. Previously she was trying to bring some Scrum order to the nearest organization in a company based in Wroclaw, which is developing internal test tools in Java and C/C++. Later she helped planes fly, by being an agile coach for an international aviation software company, where she was trying to show teams problems with Scrum and creatively solve them. Currently she is a coach and a trainer in Brass Willow.
