Eric helps organizations build attractive workplaces where we can encounter well-beings and results at the same time. Along his career in the software industry which began in 1997, he met with many different technical and business domains that always highlight the human challenge as the key challenge. Éric focuses on relationships within the project teams, on the impact of implementing Agile approaches in organizations, and on continuous improvement of his software building skills. Éric’s best motivation is to build working software and see it used in production.

Eric works at Pyxis Technologies Inc, a firm that helps software development companies to become places where results, quality of life, and fun coexist sustainably by being first and foremost an example of what it proposes to its clients and by coaching them.
