Daniel Tobler is working as developer and agile coach for Zühlke Engineering.
Software is written by people for people. Therefore, a functional team counts more than any genius technical solution. Forming of the team, discussing problems and removing impediments are the real challenges.
Biography
Daniel is a developer in the embedded area programming in C/C++ and C# .NET. He has worked as developer, project manager, agile tester, architect, coach, and Scrum Master in various projects. Scrum is on his list since 2000 where he used a similar method to complete a death march project. Beside Scrum he uses RUP, iterative development and XP.
Daniel works as principal consultant for Zühlke Engineering AG in Switzerland.
In addition to his activities at Scrum.org, he writes a lot of code, coaches companies on testing and lectures about OO-Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil/Switzerland.
