I have been working in the software industry for more than twenty years. My main goal as an Agile developer, technical coach, and Scrum Master is to build, or help teams, build extraordinary applications.
I firmly believes that, to do so, dedicated people with a common goal are required. Agility allows us to establish such a prerequisite, but discipline and dedication to quality are needed to succeed.
Biography
I discovered XP in 2001 and than Scrum in 2003. I worked on many successful projects of different sizes and constraints using these tools. I now teaches XP and Scrum but I also continues to practice them because practice makes perfect.
